Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right size?
Use our Size Guide available on every product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or choosing your usual size for a regular fit.
What fabric is used in your clothing?
Each product is made using carefully selected premium fabrics for comfort, durability, and style. The exact fabric composition is mentioned on every product page so you know exactly what you’re buying.
Why does the size label on my shirt differ from the size I ordered?
Our garments follow international sizing standards, so the size mentioned on the garment label may differ from the size selected on our website.
For example, if you order a Size L for our shirts, you will receive a shirt with Size L measurements, even if the garment shirt reads XL.
Please refer to our website size chart when selecting your size, as the measurements listed correspond to the actual size you will receive.
How should I wash and care for my garments?
For the best longevity, machine wash in cold water with similar colours, avoid bleach, and dry in shade. Always check the care instructions mentioned on the product label.
Can I exchange my size if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. We offer easy size exchanges for eligible orders. Simply initiate an exchange through our website within the specified exchange period.
