Size Exchange are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery. This gives you the option to exchange items purchased from the website for size only. Currently Under Attack doesn’t offer RETURNS & REFUNDS on order(s) which have been delivered. We offer only an exchange for size for the product(s) in your order.
Exchange Fee
For all size exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of INR 150 will be charged while submitting the exchange request. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange. The exchange fee is charged only once in case the original order is split and products are delivered separately. We do not have a second size exchange policy. However, if you still want to initiate the exchange an exchange fee of INR 250 will be applicable for a second exchange.
Kindly note all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Reporting Damages
- In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, a missing product in a shipment containing multiple products, or wrong product delivered, notify us within 1 day via customer care team.
- Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you about the eligibility.
- Once the request is approved, you will either receive a replacement product (if available in stock) or store credit.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
- Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.
Shipping Instructions
- Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
- Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
- Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
Pickup for size exchange
Reverse pickup will be done in 1-2 working days by our courier partner. However the reverse pickup solely depends on the service availability in your PINCODE. In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pickup, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to us.
Failed Pick-up
We make three attempts to pick up the order. If the order is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.

- Enter Order ID & Email Id (You can fetch it from Email)
- Select the product, then
- Select Size you want to Exchange with
- Add Reason and Description
- Click submit.
Note: The exchange request can be raised only once for one order. Hence please try and check the products carefully you have received in one order before initiating the exchange as we do not provide multiple exchanges for the same order.
UNDER ATTACK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any request for exchange will be accepted after proper inspection of the exchange request and is under the sole discretion of UNDER ATTACK to Accept or Deny an Exchange Request.

Orders are processed within 0-2 working days. Please note, order are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone in case of significant delays.
ORDER AND DELIVERY:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once confirmed, your order will be processed.
Please provide a complete and accurate address to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. While we strive to expedite delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier company once items have been dispatched from our facility.
It will take minimum 2 Days & maximum 5 Days to deliver your product once it processed.
