This small token helps us reduce fake orders and keeps our prices fair for genuine shoppers like you 💛 ✅ The remaining 90% is paid only after the product reaches your doorstep. This booking amount is non-refundable.

Don’t share your delivery OTP until you’ve received the parcel. Once entered, it’s considered delivered.

If you reschedule your delivery, do not share the OTP — it may get marked as returned/ cancelled.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please report it within 24–48 hours.
We’ll raise it with the courier and get it resolved — usually within 3–5 working days. -
In rare cases, courier updates may not reflect accurately — it’s a pan-India issue, not just us. We’ll help sort it fast.
💸 Delayed Deliveries & Refunds
If your order is delayed and you wish to cancel while it’s in transit, we’ll once order is processed it cannot be cancelled.
